Sanjay Wadhwa is Principal and Design Head at SWBI Architects, with over 32 years of experience in Architecture, Design, Planning and execution in the Built Environment industry pan India across the diverse segments of Corporate, Institutional, Hospitality, Residential, Master planning and Commercial projects. Under his leadership and employing Best International industry practices, SWBI specializes in the domain of projects in Workplace Design, greenfield IT campuses and interiors.
Beena is an Accredited LEEDS Professional in New Construction and Commercial Interiors. She has over 32 years’ experience & has won several national Interiors, Architectural Design Competitions, both open and limited. She has handled various prestigious Projects in the field of Interiors, Architecture, Planning and Engineering and is the guiding force behind Design projects. She also leads the entire Sustainability and LEED Certification efforts at SWBI.
With over 24 years of experience in Design and Project Monitoring, Yousuf has been an integral part of SWBI, heading the Chennai & Hyderabad offices as Design partner for the South region. Throughout his career, Yousuf has worked on several medium to large projects, their planning and execution across diverse typologies of Corporate, Campus, Office Complexes and IT Parks for Multi-National Companies.

Shariq has over 20 years’ experience of working on several medium to large-sized projects, their planning and execution across various types comprising of Corporate, Campus, Office Complexes and IT Parks for Multi-National Companies. Heading SWBI’s Bangalore and Mumbai Offices, Shariq has designed and delivered over 5.5 million sq ft primarily high-end Corporate Interiors.
RACHITA KHANNA
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR- DESIGN
With 19+ years of experience in Industry, Rachita has designed and delivered over 3.0 million sq ft of projects of various types, focusing on workplaces and interiors. She leads a team of Designers to formulate a strategy for Design, in order to design the Project from inside-out.
