Bank of America Continuum India (BACI) is an American multinational investment banking services organization. This project represents a strategic consolidation initiative, bringing together multiple business functions within a leased campus in Chennai to foster greater efficiency, collaboration, and shared synergies.

At the heart of the design approach is a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience, guiding every decision throughout the process. The result is a dynamic and forward-thinking workplace that not only incorporates global best practices but also thoughtfully reflects the BACI brand identity, seamlessly integrated with the cultural and regional context. This campus has been designed for the tech intensive teams where the workspace is a new age office , with ample collaborative spaces to allow “just in time” meetings, brainstorming, congregational areas and townhalls, while also celebrating the essence of “Growth with responsibility”
