The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, commonly known as BNY Mellon, is an American multinational investment banking and financial services holding company headquartered in New York City.

This project is conceived as a consolidation initiative, bringing together key business functions—Technology, Operations, and Pershing—within a leased campus in Chennai. The strategy aims to optimize space utilization while fostering enhanced collaboration and synergy across teams.

The expansive floor plates, ranging from 60,000 to 90,000 sq. ft., are thoughtfully modulated and articulated to create a dynamic spatial flow. The design balances experiential quality with functionality, ensuring a workplace environment that is both engaging and appropriately scaled to human interaction.
