The project comprises a standalone campus spanning 20 floors, distributed across two towers. Conceived as a consolidation initiative, it brings together multiple business functions—Technology, Operations, and Pershing—within a single campus in Pune. This strategic co-location optimizes real estate utilization while fostering enhanced collaboration and synergy among teams.

The BNYM workplace is designed as a dynamic and engaging environment that integrates global best practices with a strong reflection of the BNY brand, thoughtfully contextualized to the local region. Employee engagement and experience were central to every design decision, ensuring a people-centric approach throughout.

The campus is planned to accommodate a seating capacity of over 7,500, supported by ample breakout areas, enough meeting spaces, and a diverse range of collaborative zones to promote interaction, flexibility, and productivity.
